MONTHLY WRITING CIRCLE

A generative workshop where we will generate community and connection while having space to write. Bewonderment Writing Circles is an ongoing program designed and facilitated by Sarah Ratermann Beahan of Bewonderment.

Ages 15+, advanced registration required

Grounding Practice
We begin by co-creating the space for our community using simple grounding practices led by SRB.

Theme + Prompts
Each session will focus on a theme, and our time together will connect back to that theme.

Space to Write
After we’ve grounded and connected, you’ll have 45 minutes to explore the prompts in whatever way you choose: journaling, poetry, or an essay.

Share
Each member will have a chance to share their writing or their experience of writing.

Group Reflection
SRB will guide the group through feedback and reflection using open-ended questions for the writer to consider.

Take Home Prompts
SRB will provide writing prompts for each attendee to take home for further exploration of the theme on their own.
